Range Regional Services targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and provides multiple ways to request help, including direct phone, text, email and a labeled online form.

Requesting service without sight
Every standard page exposes direct call and text actions on mobile. The request form uses programmatically associated labels, plain-language instructions and native error messages. A person may call or text only “I need help” plus their city; staff can ask the remaining questions.
Known limits
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification. Automated checks catch many technical issues but cannot determine every user experience or legal requirement. Third-party forms, maps, chat tools, analytics interfaces, social embeds and customer-supplied content must be reviewed before and after launch.

Review approach
The site is checked for document structure, keyboard operation, accessible names, image alternatives, form labels, focus visibility, responsive reflow, reduced motion, local-link integrity and machine-readable metadata.
